JURY

A prestigious jury
The jury will be composed of bakers who preside over each national selection. For the awarding of the prize «special nutrition and health» the jury will be endowed with culinary and scientific personalities.
It will be composed of Régis Marcon (Chef of l’Auberge du Clos des Cîmes in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid and winner of the Bocuse d’Or in 1995), Michel Roth (Chef at the Ritz in Paris and winner of the Bocuse d’Or in 1991), Steven Kaplan (Historian and Sociologist), Christian Remezy and Isabelle Pillon (Nutritionists).

 

Pergiogio Giorilli, the star of Italian baking will be the President of honour and President of the international jury. Professor at l’Institut Universitaire Professionnel de Sciences Culinaires, this outstanding baker teaches the art of making bread all over the world and participates in the writing of several reviews and culinary works.
